GET 한 번이 HTTP 402를 반환합니다. 본문은 x402 v1 accepts이고, PAYMENT-REQUIRED 헤더는 v2입니다. USDC를 Base에 서명한 뒤 X-PAYMENT 또는 PAYMENT-SIGNATURE로 같은 URL을 다시 호출합니다.
